Please excuse voice recognition with no punctuation I can't use the little keys. It's important to me to be able to give this rating regarding service and the dealership. I have consistently felt that ev can't use the little keys. It's important to me to be able to give this rating regarding service and the dealership. I have consistently felt that every aspect of the service attention I get especially the guidance of my technician Norman Vassar is truly exceptional! It's ironic that some people don't feel they can use their dealers that it will be too expensive when it comes to service. They probably don't have a history and don't really have a relationship with the staff. This is where trust is developed and having years of knowing the people who attend you on staff. I moved many years ago from Stadium to Tampa Bay of Toyota and Norman has made it possible for me to have that complete trust. When I have purchased a new vehicle with Tampa Bay of Toyota I've always been attended by Micki I remember when I bought my RAV4 I was thinking more of just getting another Corolla but Micki and my service man saw what bad arthritis I have and explain to me in a higher writing vehicle I could get in and out much more comfortably. It has made all the difference in the world thank you so much for your quality More

Horrible experience when it comes to servicing your vehicle at this location you take it in for your typical maintenance and then they turn around and give you astronomical work order reports which doe vehicle at this location you take it in for your typical maintenance and then they turn around and give you astronomical work order reports which doesn't make any sense 60 days prior they gave your vehicle the green light which means no issues were found after purchasing my vehicle I had numerous issues with my vehicle... beware if you have an extended warranty and they are aware of it they are going to always find issues with your vehicle when going in for simple things as an oil change just to commit fraud against your extended warranty by causing issues with your vehicle when your vehicle is perfectly fine always get a second opinion and do not go to this location all my family members have had issues with this location More
