I made the decision to buy and had financing set to go but was delayed by 1 day. (My banks fault). Met with Novi, the sales manager and with his help he got me a better interest rate. Novi was very friendly and patient with us as we explored different options for our Acadia. There was absolutely never any pressure to buy. We had worked with Carey Lynch before at a previous dealership, and knew she would give us an honest evaluation on our trade-in. They both worked very hard to give us every incentive available so that we could afford the car we wanted. The customer service was excellent and Novi took great care to explain all the features offered in the Acadia. Frank White was also very patient as he explained our financing and additional warranties offered for the new car. All in all, this was the most comfortable, easy car buying experience we have ever had, and we look forward to doing business with the team at Marquardt again! More

Since they were closed I ended up going back the next day to finalize my purchase and got to meet more of the friendly staff of Marquardt Of Barrington Buick and GMC. Very pleasant and easy to work with I visited Marquardt early on a Saturday to look at a new GMC Canyon, i met with Novi, and the sales manager who were both very knowledgable and up fro I visited Marquardt early on a Saturday to look at a new GMC Canyon, i met with Novi, and the sales manager who were both very knowledgable and up front with all the information I was looking for. After reviewing all options i chose to check one other dealer on a similar truck, and the minute I arrived at the other dealership, I immediately regretted ever leaving Marquardt. After being tossed around and waiting for answers, I called Novi from the lobby and finalized negotiations over the phone, promptly told the salesman who was still trying to negotiate a deal that I had made a mistake, and immediately returned to purchase my new truck from Marquardt. Everything went smooth and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Top notch! More
