Novi was very friendly and patient with us as we explored different options for our Acadia. There was absolutely never any pressure to buy. We had worked with Carey Lynch before at a previous dealership, and knew she would give us an honest evaluation on our trade-in. They both worked very hard to give us every incentive available so that we could afford the car we wanted. The customer service was excellent and Novi took great care to explain all the features offered in the Acadia. Frank White was also very patient as he explained our financing and additional warranties offered for the new car. All in all, this was the most comfortable, easy car buying experience we have ever had, and we look forward to doing business with the team at Marquardt again! More
