This in itself is enough to buy a car from them, but what truly impressed me was the whole car buying experience. The dealership had a very friendly and calming vibe compared to the other dealerships I had visited. I never felt pressured and truly felt like a special customer. Part of the reason for this was the wonderful sales person I had named Novy Foland. I can't say enough good things about him! He got me everything I asked for in a car and more. They gave me the price and financing I asked for, plus they were wonderful friendly and professional with me. Novy went above and beyond answering any and all questions I had, even showing me personally how to better drive my new hybrid after I bought it and had questions after I left. He has responded to emails and texts. Even followeing up with me on the phone and in person after I have purchased my car to make sure I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It's this attention to the customer that is very impressive. I highly recommend Novy Forland if you plan on buying a Kia!
