Great customer service Ociel was very professional. The Express Lane service was true to its name! My oil change was quick and i was able to go about my day. The only down fall was the price...i spent $50 bucks for just the oil change. They could have thrown in a free car wash for that price or even rotated the tires at no extra cost. More

We have owned Toyota vehicles for several decades now and really did not want to move from the Toyota brand. However, while the Tundra can pull the Space Shuttle it cannot tow most fifth wheel trailers. So, we have spent several years talking to other truck owners and doing research on the internet. We finally settled on Dodge Ram, now to find a dealer. Went to several dealerships in the are and came back to Carl Burger. Now only did they impress us with their style of doing business they had the best selection in the area. Most people do not like buying a new car because of the previous experiences and the knowledge that it is always a battle and you come away feeling violated, which really takes away from the new car pleasure. We had none of that. The Carl Burger family really makes you feel like you are a part of their family and we have already made a trip from San Diego to St. Louis in our new vehicle. We are not only very proud of our new truck but we know we belong to a family that will help us take care of our purchase and make it last for years to come. More
