I was able to negotiate everything over the phone with zero pressure and when it came time to trade in my car and drive away with the new (for us) truck, it took less than two hours. That included financing and all. Juan Campa in financing impressed us with how professional he was and he had an incredible amount of knowledge. Being able to fill out an application on Sunday and pick up your car on Wednesday and not sit around and wait was awesome!!! Of course it took some hard work by somebody! Phil McColly and Octavio Hernandez were awesome. They were friendly, courteous, polite, and were very knowledgeable about the Ford Product. In 21 years my wife and I have probably encountered hundreds of car salesman, buying at least 24 new and pre-owned vehicles....We have never ever encountered a car sale like this.
