I have bought and sold many cars myself, as I am a car enthusiast, and I can say that the friendliness and helpfulness I experienced in the purchase of a truck at Skyline Ford was second to none. I had been on the lookout for a Ford Raptor for a number of months, however I was currently in the middle of a lease on a luxury brand car, preventing me from moving forward on purchasing an F-150 Raptor. The perfect Raptor came in, and so I came in to take a look. It was just what I was looking for. The guys at Ford, in particular Jack and Octavio, were very helpful in trying to help me get into this truck while at the same time not being pushy in any way, just being attentive and available, and helpful with information on the truck. I felt they were fair and honest with the price and when it came to my trade-in I feel they moved a great deal in my way, all that they could, to make the deal as best possible for me. Overall, I felt the guys were honest, sincere, very friendly, and not pushy, and very helpful in making what I thought would be a difficult trade, a very easy and very smooth transaction. We briefly discussed what we were looking for & Mr. White brought it up front for our viewing. Turns out the car was just right. After driving it we set about the transaction. We had a couple of cars to trade in which was no trouble. To be honest I don't believe we have had an easier, quicker Transaction. Mr. White made our purchase the most pleasant and we left feeling very good about the whole purchase. We owe it all to Jeff's help & guidance. Mr. "O" was very helpful as was the financial manager. We left with a '09 Toyota Venza, white, that looks almost new. So, we didn't get any further in our "looking"! And Jeremy is the cause of it..He was so very helpful and patient--can't say enough good things about him and his sales style. Then we met Octavio, also so very nice and was so good to work with.
