A very easy choice to make When I was on the lot Jeremy introduced himself. He was very helpful with my requirements. He knew just what I was looking for. When it came time to do paperwork Jeremy, Octavio, and Marc let me know that the car was mine. No problems, no fuss no long time waiting. A great experience. Where my experience went south was when we began to work with financing. I was asked how much per month I wanted to pay. Then quoted $100 more than that. When I asked what interest % that quote was based on, I got the run-around: "...this is what we figured out but your payment will most likely be less than that..." OK, but what % is this based on? Again, I the finance person & the Octavio the manager avoided answering my question & continued to say: "Your payment will likely be less, maybe even far less. . ." Seriously ? you can't tell me what interest % you are basing your quote on??? How unprofessional is that & what is the logic? and at that point I knew I was being given the runaround. By this time I had spent THREE HOURS with them. I apologized to Jeremy for losing my business and I left. Within minutes Jeremy called me apologizing for the runaround I received and gave me 2 realistic quotes based upon local credit union %'s that were available & explained final approval would have to wait until my credit rating was ran. OK then, this was acceptable. I returned the next day & purchased a vehicle, ONLY because I wanted to work with Jeremy & give him our commission. I would purchase another vehicle from Jeremy (if he works elsewhere because he appeared to be the ONLY honest & motivated person at Skyline Ford. I will not return to Skyline on Commercial to purchase another vehicle, unless I hear from someone they have changed the way they treat customers. More

My first new car in 10+ years - Jon worked with us even when he was scheduled for vacation time, scheduling additional option additions to the vehicle we purchased. Octavio was there at the door every time we showed up, ready to help. We were there well past closing on one particular evening. Absolutely NO pressure salesman ship, just good service. Vernithea was a wonder on the internet, even though I never met her face to face she made the whole transaction happen. We live rather far away and had to drive some distance to get to the dealership. We had visited 5-6 dealerships and Skyline Ford was the only one who had just what we were looking for. Their inventory is impressive. And, I appreciate the new tools for doing research and homework that were not available 10 years ago. There were many more faces that I do not have names for, but everyone was friendly and helpful. Having seen their service department, I have no hesitation to bring my new vehicle back to Skyline Ford for regular service and maintenance. More

From our first call to inquire, to the very end of the experience, there was never any pressure or attempt to sell us something we didn't want. Wally was great. He took us right to the car we were interested in. He never pressured us to buy anything above our price limit, and was very friendly. He answered all of our questions, and even joked around with us. We were already approved for a loan through my credit union, but they use an outdated system, and we couldn't reach them on Friday evening when we came in. Wally worked with the manager Octavio and the financial manager Marc to find us a loan we could approve right then with a better interest rate. Wally was even nice enough to help us get the car all set up and our bluetooth synced before we left. We absolutely love our 2012 Ford Focus! We went here on a whim, but would definitely go back. Top notch service! More

We saw this particular model about 6 months ago and were fixated on finding A few weeks ago, my boyfriend and I, purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty Artic. We saw this particular model about 6 months ago and were fixated on finding one for ourselves. We got a hit in early December that one of these models was available at Skyline Ford in Salem, OR. We jumped on it! It was everything we were looking for and more. We live in the Bay Area and were more than willing to go up north and purchase the car. Our first contact was with Octavio and he was great to deal with. From the moment we expressed interest in the car he was extremely responsive and very pleasant to work with. Octavio and the Skyline Ford team made an our of state purchase super easy and were very accommodating. Even though we rented a car in Portland and drove to Salem, Skyline Ford offered to pick us up at the airport and drive us back to the dealership. Once we arrived, we met Jon and he had the Jeep ready for us. He took us on a test drive and started the process for us. We then met with Juan in finance. In preparation of our arrival, Juan was in constant contact with us making sure we had all the right documents turned in, so when we arrived, he had all the paper work ready, so we could sign everything and get back on the road to California. I would highly recommend Skyline Ford for their great customer service! More
