Anjanie Waddy was absolutely great to work with & we work with her again. The man who joined the process, however, the “right your number” and sign this scrap piece of paper tactic so I can run it to the b with her again. We can do with out the hard press, thank you. We were honestly about to walk out the door because of it. Not at all what I expected from Jim Ellis. Another excellent purchase experience with Ivan at Jim Ellis Mazda. Had wonderful experience with him 8 months ago so I emailed him and made an appointment to ensure that we would be dealing with him ag Ellis Mazda. Had wonderful experience with him 8 months ago so I emailed him and made an appointment to ensure that we would be dealing with him again. He was just as easy to deal with and as helpful as last time. I've purchased 8 cars in the past 4 years (yes, seriously) and the two at Jim Ellis were the easiest and least stressful. I had a horrible experience at another Metro-Atlanta Mazda dealer and the experience at Jim Ellis was so different it was truly amazing. Just can not say enough good things about Jim Ellis Mazda and Ivan Chernov! More

I absolutely love the care I received while shopping for my Mazda! I was not hassled when I walked the lot with my sister. When we went in to discuss my interest? I have bad anxiety talking to strangers. She introduced us to my salesman MIKE F. and he took great care of me! He even helped detailed my car so I wouldn’t be kept waiting! My sister is now on the market for a Mazda and wants to come back to THIS dealership! From every person I encountered the experience was amazing! I absolutely loved my experience! I will certainly refer people to come here! THANK YALL FOR BEING AMAZING! More

Went in to look at and test drive a CX5. Mike F. explained everything I needed to know and was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire procedure.
