I have been a customer of one of your competitors since 1986, When I wanted to order a new Ford, they didn't want to recognize that relationship and wanted to overcharge me. They did not look over the vehicle before delivery and somehow put 28 miles on a special order truck. Bought a new Maverick. Sully was great to work with. Olga did a great job on explaining warranty/service options. Worked with Jared to get new wheels and a bed cover. I would recommend this dealership with my co-international nurses. I am new here in Austin and I have no idea how to buy a car. The help that Mac Haik gave me during my visit was prime, I know how to turn on the engine of my car but that's about it. Sully explained all features of my Ford Maverick which Charity secured for me. It took me long while to find this car. Most dealership doesn't have this car available on the lot due high demand. Olga, Mr. Saza and Mr Lynn were accommodating made sure that I am provided the best assistance. I'm very grateful I have Mac Haik as my first dealership. More
