I ordered a 2022 Maverick with this dealership and, though it took 6 months to finally get my new truck, I was very impressed with the level of communication I received. We are now part of the Ford family. We had initially chosen the Ford Covert for our membership processes but then went for Machaik Ford upon realizing the sheer amount of dishonesty in Covert. We were greeted by a very sympathetic Ms. Olga Espinosa. She was a really good listener and did everything she could for us. She tried to solve our problems even amidst the chip shortage and got us the results that made us happy. Even with the man in accounting pressuring us repeatedly and trying to get the deal done and over with quickly in order to sell us more extra packaging, Ms. Espinosa`s genuine interest in us made us forget that.
