10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! !! We took my Kia in for a recall repair and other repairs (no audio sounds for turn signals, seat belts, cross traffic while backing up etc, and p !! We took my Kia in for a recall repair and other repairs (no audio sounds for turn signals, seat belts, cross traffic while backing up etc, and push intermittently not working) on 12/28. We had an appt time at 10:45. When the vehicle was dropped off, we were asked if we were going to wait. We decided to drop it off and come back when repairs were done. On Thursday 12/29 we had not received any updates on the status of repairs. We called at 5:30 pm on Thursday and were told my vehicle had not been looked at yet. On Friday, we received texts saying they would not be able to complete repairs until Tuesday 1/3. My husband told them no, we’d like to pick up the vehicle on Friday and to please complete the recall repair so we could do so. Late Friday afternoon we were told the recall repair was complete and we could pick up the vehicle. We picked the vehicle up today 12/31. The employee at the service desk argued with my husband saying the vehicle is not equipped with back up alerts and EVEN WALKED OUTSIDE TO ARGUE WITH HIM THAT ITS NOT A FEATURE ON THE VEHICLE. As shown in the photos, my vehicle is equipped with cross traffic alert when in reverse. The photos also show a promised by date and time! The staff was rude and inconsiderate. Our experience was not pleasant and we will no longer take any vehicles to Jenkins Kia in Gainesville for repairs! More

This is our 4th car purchased at kia, and we have had all of our cars serviced here for the past few years, we have always had to wait 2 to 3 hrs for oil change. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE WERE IN AND OUT I of our cars serviced here for the past few years, we have always had to wait 2 to 3 hrs for oil change. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE WERE IN AND OUT IN UNDER AND HOUR. the service dept has improved tremendously. GOOD JOB Keep it up!!! More
