Jenkin’s Kia of Gainesville-to whom this may concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recent service I received at Jenkin’s Kia of Gainesville. My dissatisfaction stems from se am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recent service I received at Jenkin’s Kia of Gainesville. My dissatisfaction stems from several issues encountered during my visit on 12/4/23. Firstly, I would like to highlight the recurring problem of overfilled oil during the multiple services I have availed myself of at your establishment. Despite bringing this matter to the attention of your staff on several occasions, the issue has not been adequately addressed, leading to a persisting inconvenience and potential damage to my vehicle. Moreover, during my previous visits, there were disagreements and debates regarding the services provided, with your staff members insisting on their version of events, which, upon further investigation, were proven inaccurate. This lack of acknowledgment and attempts to invalidate my prior experiences have significantly undermined my confidence in the professionalism and competence of your establishment. Additionally, I had presented a valid coupon during my recent visit, which was initially accepted, only to be met with resistance and an attempt to discredit its validity when bringing their shortcomings to light. This disregard for valid promotional offers further added to my disappointment and frustration with the overall experience. I expect that a reputable establishment such as Jenkin’s Kia of Gainesville upholds a certain standard of service quality, competence, and customer care, which, regrettably, I found lacking during my recent interactions. To resolve these issues, I would appreciate a thorough investigation into the matters raised, an assurance of improved service quality and accuracy in the future, and a suitable resolution regarding the overfilled oil instances.
