I highly recommend Ms. Olga Kuznetsova to any car buyer who values competence over superfluous salesmanship. Olga’s knowledge, diligence, and sound judgment put her in a different league in my opinion and determined my superb consumer experience at the Fitzgerald Toyota dealership. Olga did an exceptional job helping me define my need for a Toyota SUV. My preconceived list of options included the Highlander and RAV4. I rejected the former on account of its inordinately large size. I did not like the latter because of its boxy exterior design. As a result, I was at the point of buying a Lexus NX350h. Olga called after her dealership already had given up on me (wishing me good luck with Lexus) and urged me to come over to look at a new and different car before closing the deal on NX350h. I agreed and a few hours later drove off in my new Toyota Venza hybrid, the SUV of sleek exterior design, beautiful grey-blue color, elegant interior, and the functionality that largely if not completely matches that of Lexus NX350h. This last minute change of direction on my part was enabled by Olga’s communicative, technical, and organizational skills as well as her sincere willingness to help. Particularly, she is a no-pressure communicator with competent judgment, matter-of-factly style, patience to hear out and ability to understand the customer. I was impressed by Olga’s familiarity with the car design. Responding to my question, she opened the hood and unclipped a couple of cover panels to show me the innovative way of jump-starting the car through the fuse panel. She was equally competent in guiding me through the multi-step process of bringing the car on line with my iPhone to enable the CarPlay and Toyota-based connectivity. Last but not least, Olga’s organizational skills saved me time and money. In dialogue with the management she straightened out the trade-in price. She quickly found a mechanic to adjust the tire pressure in all the four wheels to the required PSI. She went with me to the nearby Toyota Service Center to arrange for the removal of the redundant roof rack. Based on my experience, I’d conclude that any educated car shopper would be delighted to meet and work with Olga. More

I had the privilege to meet and work with Olga about 2 years ago when I traded in my 2013 4Runner for a 2022 Tacoma 4x4 Double Cab. She was wonderful to work with and her attention to detail and knowledge was very impressive. I returned to the dealership on 10 Oct 2023 looking to trade in the Tacoma for a 2019 Tundra. I had the pleasure to get reacquainted with Olga and also meet Chris Ogene. Wow! What a dynamic duo! Chris and Olga are a real team and use the corporate best practice of " Second Team". They are each other's Second Team and as a result they both work to fulfill and exceed customer expectations. I have purchased many cars over the years (mostly Toyotas) and have never seen this type of management style deployed before. Working with Chris was outstanding. His attention to detail was excellent and he was on top of everything from the trade in process, thru the purchase and final delivery, he was there every step of the way.
