It is my pleasure to leave this review for Olga Kuznetsova and Chris Ogene. I had the privilege to meet and work with Olga about 2 years ago when I traded in my 2013 4Runner for a 2022 Tacoma 4x4 D Kuznetsova and Chris Ogene. I had the privilege to meet and work with Olga about 2 years ago when I traded in my 2013 4Runner for a 2022 Tacoma 4x4 Double Cab. She was wonderful to work with and her attention to detail and knowledge was very impressive. I returned to the dealership on 10 Oct 2023 looking to trade in the Tacoma for a 2019 Tundra. I had the pleasure to get reacquainted with Olga and also meet Chris Ogene. Wow! What a dynamic duo! Chris and Olga are a real team and use the corporate best practice of " Second Team". They are each other's Second Team and as a result they both work to fulfill and exceed customer expectations. I have purchased many cars over the years (mostly Toyotas) and have never seen this type of management style deployed before. Working with Chris was outstanding. His attention to detail was excellent and he was on top of everything from the trade in process, thru the purchase and final delivery, he was there every step of the way. He was also there to support after market add-ons, contract close out, service support and a body work estimate. Fitzgerald Toyota of Gaithersburg is indeed fortunate to have have two outstanding Product Specialists in Olga and Chris that have represented their firm well and have provided me an outstanding customer experience! I already left a review on Google 3 years ago, but today when I came in, unexpectedly, I saw my sales woman Olga Kuznetsova. To my amazement she immediately came to see how I was and if there was anythi when I came in, unexpectedly, I saw my sales woman Olga Kuznetsova. To my amazement she immediately came to see how I was and if there was anything wrong. I told her what I was going through with the car I purchased from her 3 years ago. Can you believe she still served me with such grace and a spirit of excellence as if I was purchasing from her now?! It’s rare that you get a sales person that cares after the sale, let alone 3 years after the sale! Many times people will promise the world and under deliver when trying to get you to buy, but not Olga. She is true to her word and really cares about her customers. I wish everyone was like you Olga! I am not in the market to buy right now or else I would buy from you AGAIN, and AGAIN. So this review is just to show my appreciation and hope that others can see and ask for you, because I know they will be asking for the best person to help them buy their next vehicle. :) Please everyone when you go to Fitzgerald Toyota ask for Olga! I think she can sell at any Fitzgerald location but you can find her at the Toyota and go from there. You won’t be disappointed! More
