This is our second car purchase with the best salesman we've ever worked with...Hugo Ayala. WE recommend him highly! He was very patient with our questions and very detailed about each car.We came in debating about buying a used van or a new Malibu. We went home that night in a used Malibu LTZ! We love it! From the moment we walked in the dealership the reception was warm. Manager Oliver directed us to Hugo and the experience began. It was a long night but Hugo was smiles and kind throughout. We will shop here again. Thanks to all, especially Hugo and Oliver! More

New Truck Purchase After searching for over a month, I decided to visit Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake. I was greeted by several employees all with a smile & offering assist After searching for over a month, I decided to visit Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake. I was greeted by several employees all with a smile & offering assistance. Ruperto Ayala asked if he could help. I gave him my preferences and he immediately started the search. With the asistance of the Sales Manager, Oliver Gigovski, the exact model was located and brought to their location. Without any hesitation on their part, they put it all together with a great price. No hidden charges, false claims or false promises....no runaround. Took delivery of the truck 2 days later. It was prepped to perfection. I cannot thank Rupe enough for his time and patience. I highly recommend giving Ray Chevrolet the opportunity to find the right deal. Thanks to all at Ray Chevy who made my day! More

I don't know how many more ways I can say this but both of my experiences here have been fabulous they have a life long customer and everyone that is looking for a new vehicle this is where I will send them.
