The service writer Nate was honest and didn’t push me into making quick decisions. I was also fortunate enough to speak with the tech working on my truck. He is sharp and knows diesel trucks. We had a good chat about the repair options and going forward with my old truck. In the end they got it fixed up, and my wife and decided that it was time to trade it in due to its age and mileage and future repairs. Like us humans as we get older, we make more visits to the doctor. 2) Joe Selano and the sales team were great to work with. Joe took time out of his day to pick me up from the airport when I needed to drop off my rental car when I returned to Anchorage this week. I’ve owned many trucks over the years, and I tend to keep them a lot longer than most. I’m not the type to trade one in every 3-5yrs. So I’m picky. Joe was very patient with me, and I never felt rushed or felt pushed into one truck or another. They had a great selection of new 2023-24 and low mile used trucks. Had to make the hard choice over a Laramie and a well fitted out Bighorn. We picked the latter. It fit the bill and didn’t flatten the wallet. Drove it home, 130mi. on some of the most variable winter road conditions we’ve had in years. I felt safe and it was an easy drive home. Thank you Joe, Nate, and Jack! I’ll be back! More
