Great experience. Had some decisions to make with another dealership, appreciated the way Olivia took care of us, presented us with several choices, felt like a customer needing a car instead of one being so dealership, appreciated the way Olivia took care of us, presented us with several choices, felt like a customer needing a car instead of one being sold a car. She could not have been more pleasant, helpful and invited me to see the specific truck that I was looking for and take it for a test drive. I purchased the truck not just because it was the truck I wanted, but because Olivia handled every aspect of the purchase, as we discussed on the phone. Had a strange but wonderful car buying experience at Maplecrest Ford! It was the first and hopefully last time I have to purchase a vehicle during a world pandemic, the team at Maplecrest got the job do Maplecrest Ford! It was the first and hopefully last time I have to purchase a vehicle during a world pandemic, the team at Maplecrest got the job done efficiently and safely! Olivia went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I had found on the internet, from a contact free sanitized test drive, to Express shipping the paper work to me for signing, and lastly meeting me half way in a hotel parking lot with my new purchase as I lived an hour from the dealership. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you to everyone at Maplecrest for making this possible! Would highly recommend anyone to purchase a new vehicle here, pandemic or not! More
