Olivia went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I had found on the internet, from a contact free sanitized test drive, to Express shipping the paper work to me for signing, and lastly meeting me half way in a hotel parking lot with my new purchase as I lived an hour from the dealership. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you to everyone at Maplecrest for making this possible! Would highly recommend anyone to purchase a new vehicle here, pandemic or not! More

I called Dave at Mendham and explained how many dealers I called, which options I was looking for, and where I wanted the price to be. Dave assisted, and even though he didn't have the truck on the lot, he found it for me at another dealer. Dave introduced me to Olivia, who picked my vehicle up hours upstate and delivered it to me. They accommodated remote delivery, and the service was terrific. I would recommend Maplecrest Ford to anyone in the tristate looking for a new vehicle at a great price. More

I have been noticing that she works for Ford and thought about reaching out to her when all this was over but when I saw her truck I sent her a message saying I was so jealous cause that was pretty much my dream truck. She says do you want one LOL. I wasn’t sure what to say because it’s no secret that the fully loaded pick up trucks are a little bit pricey and sometimes don’t lease out well. But enter in a fabulous beautiful car saleswoman and a pandemic recession. Because of those two reasons right there I proudly introduce to you Hardy 💙💙. This girl did everything in her power to get me at the price that I was comfortable with to get me in my dream truck. Scary to do this in such an uncertain time but my lease is up. I just made my last payment. I was just about to do the three-month extension. It’s crazy to think that if she didn’t post a picture of her washing her truck this probably wouldn’t of happened. I didn’t have to lay out a single penny no tax no title no first months payment nothing ZERO. Legit sign and drive with masks and gloves on LOL I couldn’t even hug this girl ! This was a no brainer but again this is all because this amazing woman made the deal of a lifetime happen. Olivia I will never forget what you did. You went way above above and beyond. I am absolutely in love over the moon with this truck. I never thought it was possible to love your vehicle so much LOL. I also never thought I would leave the Jeep family but I am proud to say I am now part of the Ford family!!! Thank you for making this the most enjoyable car sale ever! Over priced used cars sale prices Dealer asking $ 35,900 for a 2018 Ford Explorer Sport would only reduce price down to $ 35,200 when i made a initial offer of $33,000 with a insuranc Dealer asking $ 35,900 for a 2018 Ford Explorer Sport would only reduce price down to $ 35,200 when i made a initial offer of $33,000 with a insurance certified check at hand. Within a week dealer reached out to me to see if still interested with a new Selling asking price of $ 33,438. Even after informing them i was a previous purchasing customer of a 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum from Maplecrest of Union. Poor used car sales practices. They need to take consideration on returning customers and evaluate there asking prices with the market value of surrounding other Ford dealers. More
