Oil change appt made on Tuesday with request for pick up & delivery service which we have used before, for on Friday. Sarah, who makes pick up/delivery arrangements was supposed to call or email me. I calle & delivery service which we have used before, for on Friday. Sarah, who makes pick up/delivery arrangements was supposed to call or email me. I called the dealership Wednesday to confirm pick up/delivery & was told yes, it’s on the order. On Friday my vehicle was not picked up. I called the dealership, spoke to 3 people before Mel in service told me Sarah was no longer there & her replacement didn’t start until Monday. Someone finally did come to take my vehicle in for service, but the whole situation was very frustrating. I guess Melwas the only person at Diehl Ford who knew Sarah no longer worked there. More

The dealership was able to get my car in for service the very next day when I called., My cars issues were found, I then authorized the needed work and within two hours or so and then I was on my way hom very next day when I called., My cars issues were found, I then authorized the needed work and within two hours or so and then I was on my way home. owned my Mustang for 9 years now and it has not had service anywhere else. Wasn't happy when the back seat sencer was turned off instead of fixed. Couldn't understand turning off safety feature. So I thought I would give you another chance. An oil change, 2 air filters and fix the back seat sencer. The cost was $212.00. You are pricing me out of your business. A bunch of other stuff was done that wasn't required. If there was a rating lower than 1 I would give it. More
