Their customer service, along with their demeanor, was poor to say the least. They presented as dismissive and arrogant. If I didn't need the vehicle I purchased, I would have left your establishment and taken my business elsewhere. I would never recommend your dealership to anyone because I don't think your finance department appreciates hardworking, paying customers. Your salesperson had excellent customer service and was very welcoming from the start. More
