Second time my brand new car was serviced they forgot the air filter cover open and put a dent in the hood because of this. Engine was also a quart low on oil. Third time they changed the oil it was 2 quarts air filter cover open and put a dent in the hood because of this. Engine was also a quart low on oil. Third time they changed the oil it was 2 quarts when I got home. Had to drive another car to the parts store and buy 2 quarts of oil out of my pocket. Will never carry my car back to this dealership. They can not be trusted and will rip you off every chance they get. More

I took my car in for an engine problem and 40,000 mile maintenance. The engine was under warranty and they replaced it, however they did not give me a loner car or reimburse me anything for my rental car maintenance. The engine was under warranty and they replaced it, however they did not give me a loner car or reimburse me anything for my rental car (which was expensive because it took them weeks to replace the engine). When I picked up my car, it had a dead battery, so they obviously never checked that. Who knows what else they charged me for but didn’t actually check for the maintenance service. Then, my car started making a weird noise so I took it back. They charged me again to diagnose the problem (even though I was literally just there) and said I needed something replaced…they didn’t notice that before? idk. Again had to get a rental car for a few days, and again they didn’t help pay for it. I’ll be going to the Kia in Wilmington from now on. More

I am not satisfied with the brake service that I received from Kia in the month of May 2024. I had both axles worked on for a full brake job. My brakes have never squeaked. We were so impressed with the quality of the Cars presented to us. The people working there were very friendly and knowledgeable. We dealt with a Mr. Joshua Cook he was outstanding!!! He told us tha presented to us. The people working there were very friendly and knowledgeable. We dealt with a Mr. Joshua Cook he was outstanding!!! He told us that he was new on the Job but you wouldn’t know it. He was very Professional, Courteous and Knowledgeable about the Company and all of its Vehicles. We were there only to check out the company and inventory to possibly buy at a later date. Mr. Cook was so excited and impressive that we brought a SUV that day. If he didn’t know the answer to a Question he told us so but didn’t stop there he went and found the answer to our questions. We were very pleased with that.. if I was rating your people and Company I would rate you Five out of five. In a word OUTSTANDING!!! More
