We had a relatively smooth experience at Longo Toyota of Prosper and love our new Sienna. We feel we were lowballed regarding our trade-in value (standard at a dealership) and had to turn it in 5 days befor Prosper and love our new Sienna. We feel we were lowballed regarding our trade-in value (standard at a dealership) and had to turn it in 5 days before our new Sienna arrived. We paid cash but were told they still needed to do a credit check even though we paid with a bank check - just in case (We told them repeatedly we weren’t paying with a personal check but with a bank check). After we received our new car, I received two text messages telling me to respond with any questions (a lovely gesture) but when I responded with a question, it was never answered. Again, We love our new Sienna and plan to continue using this dealership! Thank you Longo Toyota for our fun new Sienna! More
