I was lucky meeting Paul Cifaldi, the first person at the door. I call it a blessing. I had no intention to buy just look over the showroom. Paul was not pushy, acted in a friendly manner noticed I drove door. I call it a blessing. I had no intention to buy just look over the showroom. Paul was not pushy, acted in a friendly manner noticed I drove a '99 Avalon. Asked if I had any definite car in mind. He showed me the Camry it's features, sales history and ranking from past years. Asked if I would like to see an Avalon and it's features and after the test drive my interest took over. He was always kind, caring making sure I understood, asking if I had any questions not to hesitate to ask. He was quiet speaking, I noticed some were loud and distracting. Paul worked with me test drove several units. While on the road continued explaining the cars features and reason to consider buying from Dayton. Spoke of the service department, hours open, customers lounge plus it's a family owned business and the nicest people to work with. That really got my interest as I was a partner of a successful family business. I decided to ask pricing of the Avalon and in no time at all and with little back and forth I was assured and happy Dayton was where I would purchase. Saying I wanted to go home and discuss with my wife he fully understood and asked when we could get together again. Gave me his phone numbers and call if we had any questions. The next day the sale was consummated. I highly commend Paul and the manner in which he worked. I hope you never lose him as he is a fine asset to your company. Congratulations for the attractive, clean facility. Toyota must be happy with Dayton Toyota. More

This was a very pleasant experience in purchasing our Toyota RAV4 LTD at Dayton Toyota. Gretzky Fleurant and the rest of the team worked very hard to secure the car we wanted with the options we needed. Toyota RAV4 LTD at Dayton Toyota. Gretzky Fleurant and the rest of the team worked very hard to secure the car we wanted with the options we needed. Gretzky also keep us informed of the progress along the way and answered all our questions. He monitored the process and kept everything on track. The car was prepared for us on the day specified and all the dealer installed options were ready when we picked up the car. Omar Garcia in the Finance Department was very professional, easy to work with and did NOT try to sell us add-on options that we didn't need. Interacting with Omar was the best experience we've had working with the finance area in all our previous car purchases. We have been purchasing Toyota autos since 1987 and have interacted with Dayton Toyota since 2004. We have been very happy with our Toyota cars and the Dayton Toyota dealership. As most people are, I was apprehensive about stepping into a car dealership for the first time in a very long time. Dayton Toyota is not located where I live, however after talking to Stan Gitlin on the into a car dealership for the first time in a very long time. Dayton Toyota is not located where I live, however after talking to Stan Gitlin on the phone about the Highlander I wanted, he quickly put my mind at ease, and assured me that I would be in & out. I got to the dealership right around when they opened, and Stan took care of me from start to finish, doing virtually all of the legwork himself, without passing me around from person to person, as I had experienced from previous car dealerships. I received a very fair offer on my trade in (an older 4Runner), and Stan gave me a very good price on the Highlander I wanted. He also went above and beyond in making sure that I understood the inner workings of the vehicle and educated me on what the vehicle had, and also what other options were available, if I were interested in adding anything (without any pressure to add anything else I didn't need or want). I also wanted to extend my thanks and gratitude to Omar Garcia in Finance; when we went over the final details there were no surprises, no hidden fees or any of that nonsense you might encounter from other dealerships. I felt that was treated with kindness and respect from the minute I walked in the door up until I left the lot in my new Highlander, all of this in under 3 hours. Thank you both! More

We would never have gone to Dayton Toyota because of distance, but when checking on the Internet for a particular car and we found the Sienna we purchased, we called and received a return call immediate distance, but when checking on the Internet for a particular car and we found the Sienna we purchased, we called and received a return call immediately. Once at the dealership to see the car we were inquiring about, shown to us by Rob DiFranco, he was very helpful and answered many of our questions. When he had to leave early, we were turned over to Douglas Lo who stayed with us until the car was ready and answered more questions and set up our smart phones to work in the car. Omar Garcia was very efficient with the paperwork and Michael Hart checked on our progress as paperwork and preparation of the car progressed to our finally taking delivery. Sean did a great job selling us our new Prius V. We had an idea of what we wanted, he answered all our questions, showed us the different trim models, and was effective at finding the right car for us. Everyone was very friendly & helpful-even before coming into the showroom (when I made an appointment). We did not feel pressured into making a purchase and everything was thoroughly explained for u coming into the showroom (when I made an appointment). We were impressed with our salesman, Jeff, & the sales manager, Mike, who I remembered from when he was in the service area (by the way, I was so impressed with him then as he was more than the required courteous-but very friendly, helpful,etc). In spite of the fact there there are several Toyota dealers in the area, it was definitely my experience with the service dept that brought me back to Dayton when it was time for a new car. More

I was really happy with Dayton Toyota. Jeffrey and Omar were friendly and very accommodating. I was a bit disappointed that after a few days I had an issue with my rubber window lining popping out... My sales person was Peter Franklin. He was a pleasure to work with, friendly and honest. I am a repeat customer. I had leased a car from Michael Hart in 2010 and returned because of the friendly atmospher work with, friendly and honest. I am a repeat customer. I had leased a car from Michael Hart in 2010 and returned because of the friendly atmosphere. I usually contact the dealer's internet department with the specifics of what I am looking for and in 2010 Michael Hart had responded and there was no run-around. Often you get a response to come in to the dealership and the offer that was discussed changes and you start from scratch. This time I knew the people at the dealership, I was called by a representative informing me about the end-of-year 'toyotathon' deals, and I came in the same day and turned in my lease 3 months earlier.
