He was not pushy, but rather unders I had an terrific experience buying a car at Imperial. I went there knowing what I wanted and then I met Scott. He was not pushy, but rather understanding. Him and my father hit it off, talking about service for our country. Then we began driving around to my truck. Really great guy and understanding. We found my truck and took it for a test drive. Scott was very understanding and outgoing. Once I found out I wanted the car, i then dealt with Omar, the "finance" guy. He was great, fun to talk with, got me the best offer with the banks.. "wheeling and dealing". In and out within a few hours . Thank you Scott and Omar! So far I enjoyed the overall experience I had with Imperial. Keep up the good work! More

Pleasant new car purchase. Treated like family all the time! I took my 2009 Impala in for an oil change without an appointment and was told that 3 cars were ahead of me and if it is ok with me I could wait or m I took my 2009 Impala in for an oil change without an appointment and was told that 3 cars were ahead of me and if it is ok with me I could wait or make an appointment. I chose to stay and they gave me d discount card for eating at the Miss Mendon Diner on there property. My Daughter was with me and we planned to have a late lunch or early dinner there any way. The food is great. When we finished eating my daughter requested to check out the 2015 Camaros . I agreed because I wanted to say hello to my Mike { Mike Ghalboni } My sales rep. who sold me the 09 Impala and see if it is possible for me to too buy a new car at this time. Mike is a great person and if a deal can be done to benefit the buyer he will get it done. My daughter picked a Camero she liked, and sure enough it was the dream car that I thought I could never own. Mike said let me see what I can do. I owed the bank on the 09 and didn't think this could get done. A few minutes later Mie took us in to see Omar {Omar Ihjul } the Chevy business Mgr. Between the great deal Mike got me on the car and the fantastic low interest rate Omar got me on the Camaro with the bank they made my dream come true.
