Crown Eurocars is one of the most professional dealerships that I have conducted business with anywhere. I have purchased two cars from them in the past 3 years and both were wonderful experiences dealerships that I have conducted business with anywhere. After visiting two other Mercedes dealerships in Florida, the staff in Crown Eurocars were way more professional and also not aggressive. The service was great but the best part of the entire experience was my sales person, Omar Rodriguez. He is a real pleasure to deal with. Not only did he meet my expectations, Omar exceeded them in every way. He truly got me a great deal in finding the car I wanted. Omar is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Mercedes brand. He made getting one of the most attractive cars on the road today, the 2013 CL 550 Grand Edition easy and enjoyable. I am 67 years old and now own the best automobile that I have ever driven. Omar went above and beyond what is expected from a salesperson and I would highly recommend him to those who want buying a Mercedes a real pleasure. More

I have purchased three cars from Crown. I brought a friend of mine to the dealer on July 18. He was moving to the USA from China and wanted to purchase his wifes dream car - a Mercedes Benz. I went w friend of mine to the dealer on July 18. He was moving to the USA from China and wanted to purchase his wifes dream car - a Mercedes Benz. I went with my friend to ensure he understood the car purchasing process here in the USA. Omar was an absolute professional! We met with Marc (whom I have known for some time) and he facilitated an excellent transaction. Today Jule 10 my friend finds out he must return to China for at least another year and a half for work. Omar and Mark were happy to work with my friend to provide him his down payment refund and void the sale. We had not picked the car up yet. Me, being the over protective friend made several calls to the dealer ship but could not reach Mark and Omar and was very concerned. I should have known that there was nothing to worry about and I owe both these guys an apology. Two true professionals that work to a high ethical standard. I hope they accept my apology and prasie.
