Professionalism, Convenience and Friendliness at its Best I drove over 160 miles from the east coast of Florida just for this Mercedes dealership in St. Petersburg/Tampa - here is why... I have found sever I drove over 160 miles from the east coast of Florida just for this Mercedes dealership in St. Petersburg/Tampa - here is why... I have found several, similar used vehicles of the same class on Cars.com from different dealerships across the US. Being in contact with all my options, Crown Eurocars stood up by far from the rest - I even dropped my next door Mercedes dealership for them. Other dealerships will constantly bother you trough phone calls just to see if you are still interested in the car so they won't waste time doing paper-work - Crown on the other hand, has a team that will spend their time and effort right off the bat, even if you show little interest in them. If you show interest in Crown, I would highly recommend Omar Rodriguez - here is my experience with him: *During my whole buying experience I was in Dallas, TX. *I found a 2015 Mercedes c300 on Cars.com and posted an inquiry - specified that I only wanted to be contacted by email because I am constantly at business meetings. *Omar emailed me back with introduction and paperwork on the car right off the bat. *After first necessary phone call Omar and I were texting back and forth like a couple friends would. *I work in Dallas, but live on the east coast of Florida and was trying to buy and trade-in a car on the west coast of Florida - Omar made what looks like a hassle experience, a very easy one. *My trade-in was a 2012 Chev Camaro 2LS - Omar took it with open arms - all I had to do was to email him a few photos and fill out a short PDF file. *After few texting back and forth on my trade-in, Omar texted me a picture of the statement with allowance for my trade-in, the difference that I have to pay and amazing financing options. *unlike a new car, negotiating for a used car price is difficult - I was trying to buy a used 2015 c300, packed with options, that someone drove only for about a month. Crown really do mark down their used car prices to a point where they are almost not making any profit - yet, Omar gave me a discount on the car. *after Omar made a new statement that included the discount - the car was basically mine. *since I was in Dallas, Omar patiently was waiting for me for about a month until I was back in town - he was protecting my c300 for me at the dealership from other customers like a trooper. Easily he could of sold the car to someone else for more, but since I was first to put dibs on the car, Omar technically, almost took the car off the lot for me and waited until my arrival from Texas. *after about a month, I came back home to the east coast of Florida, and then after a couple of days drove with my dad 160 miles to St. Petersburg, Florida. *at the arrival, Omar greeted us as we pulled in - he had my car all shiny at the front with a sold sticker (before I even paid for it) on it. Next to it was a 2015 GLA SUV that my dad wanted to test drive. *the whole experience at the dealership was VIP - we took off with Omar on a test drive of my dad's SUV - then started doing paperwork on my car. *i was going to finance the car and was hoping for a best possible APR - due to young age, my credit was not as high as needed to be for lowest possible APR, but no problem, their finance guy, Ken Klak, came to the rescue. Mr Klak worked his magic and got me a 2.99% APR on 60 months. *as I was working with Mr. Klak, Omar took everything out of my trade-in and put it in my new car - not a question about my trade-in at all - I gave him keys to my old car and he gave me keys to my new car - that's it. *when I was approved for credit - Omar just randomly gave me another big discount on the car, on top of the one that he gave me earlier when I was in Dallas. *to make things even better, the finance guy, Mr. Klak, gave me a free two-year maintenance on the used car that I just bought from them. *several days after I bought the car - I was back at the Crown to get the 5-diamond finish on my new car - I was treated like a VIP yet still by Omar and the Mercedes team there. At Crown Eurocars you will get yourself not only a new car, but also friends. To put it short, in my opinion, you will not find a better dealership with better selection of cars, both new and used, anywhere in the US - trust me, I looked and went through the experience. No matter where in the US I will be living, Crown Eurocars will always be my dealership for new and used Mercedes for life - they told me that they can ship cars to your front door:) More

After visiting two other Mercedes dealerships in Florida, manager Greg Sarantis and his staff at Crown Eurocars was extremely professional and not aggressive. The service was great but the best part of the entire experience was my sales person, Omar Rodriguez. He is a real pleasure to deal with. Not only did he meet my expectations, Omar exceeded them in every way. He truly found me a great deal for the car that I wanted. Omar is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the Mercedes brand and will know the answer to any question. He made getting one of the most attractive cars on the road today, the CLS 550 easy and enjoyable. I now own the best automobile that I have ever driven. Omar went above and beyond what is expected from a salesperson and I would highly recommend him to those who want buying a Mercedes Benz a real pleasure. More

Flying in from Chicago,I was concerned that the car could be sold before I arrived. Jim said he would hold it for me and he did. Omar pick me up at the airport and made me feel comfortable right from the get go. The whole process went smoothly and my feeling was Jim wasn't satisfied until I was 100% satisfied. Once I was satisfied we closed the deal. From there Marc took care of the financing end of things along with the out of state paperwork. Even though it was getting late Jim stuck around until everything was finalized 100%. Jim filled the Cadillac with gas and thanked me again. I'd like to thank the entire crew at crown eurocars for making this transaction go smoothly. I've bought a lot of cars in my day and these guys made it a pleasant experience!
