Used car buying experience From the moment I talk with Jim Smith on the phone ,to the moment I pull out of the driveway with my newly purchased vehicle Jim was thoughtful knowle From the moment I talk with Jim Smith on the phone ,to the moment I pull out of the driveway with my newly purchased vehicle Jim was thoughtful knowledgeable courteous professional and friendly. Flying in from Chicago,I was concerned that the car could be sold before I arrived. Jim said he would hold it for me and he did. Omar pick me up at the airport and made me feel comfortable right from the get go. The whole process went smoothly and my feeling was Jim wasn't satisfied until I was 100% satisfied. Once I was satisfied we closed the deal. From there Marc took care of the financing end of things along with the out of state paperwork. Even though it was getting late Jim stuck around until everything was finalized 100%. Jim filled the Cadillac with gas and thanked me again. I'd like to thank the entire crew at crown eurocars for making this transaction go smoothly. I've bought a lot of cars in my day and these guys made it a pleasant experience! They could be the model for a lot of other dealerships. More

Crown Eurocars is one of the most professional dealerships that I have conducted business with anywhere. After visiting two other Mercedes dealerships in Florida, the staff in Crown Eurocars were way more professional and also not aggressive. The service was great but the best part of the entire experience was my sales person, Omar Rodriguez. He is a real pleasure to deal with. Not only did he meet my expectations, Omar exceeded them in every way. He truly got me a great deal in finding the car I wanted. Omar is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Mercedes brand. He made getting one of the most attractive cars on the road today, the 2013 CL 550 Grand Edition easy and enjoyable. I am 67 years old and now own the best automobile that I have ever driven. Omar went above and beyond what is expected from a salesperson and I would highly recommend him to those who want buying a Mercedes a real pleasure. More
