Omar was fantastic as a salesman great all around person and was willing to go the extra to make sure you got what you wanted. Chase in finance was fantastic explained everything very thoroughly couldn’t as and was willing to go the extra to make sure you got what you wanted. Service: Got an appointment within a few days after buying my vehicle to get the hitch installed on my new pathfinder. The first time they called and set appt and we went in and they didn’t have all the parts and so we left and had to make another appt to come back in and do it again. The service the second time was good it took around four hours to do and expected the wait. All I say is make sure you have all the parts before making the appointment because it was a waste of time and gas the first time around. More

On this visit for car wash service, when I returned home I noted a missing cover on the front bumper, I returned to the dealer and they found the cover on the car wash area, it was with te clips bended and I noted a missing cover on the front bumper, I returned to the dealer and they found the cover on the car wash area, it was with te clips bended and I spoke to the service advisor Aki and she told me that she needs to talk to the service manager and during the afternoon she called me letting me know that the service manager approved replacement of the part, the part was replaced and my vehicle is like new again. Excelent Service !!! More
