Service is commendable! Have done researches and shopped around for an upgrade, prices are comparable but we opted to come back to this dealership because this is where we go Have done researches and shopped around for an upgrade, prices are comparable but we opted to come back to this dealership because this is where we got our first Mercedes and as a a courtesy to Mr. Omar Sahar who helped us with the previous purchase, we know that we will be taken good care of the second time. It didn't go well the night before with the trade in and purchase. Appointment was scheduled with another dealer the following day but we eventually cancelled because Omar convinced us to go back to the dealership, and Mr. Antony Chandler himself, went out of his way, personally called us and assured us they will work something out. With faith in this dealership, went back and true enough, Mr. Elan Yakovee , very pleasant to talk to and very professional, was able to help us seal the deal. Huge Thanks to Mr. Antony Chandler, Omar Sahar, Elan Yakovee and Jason Hardin! They are truly exceptional! And service in this dealership is always very satisfactory, the staff is efficient, always with a smile and always offers you drinks. Thank you Omar for the perks, Miko and Angel loved them! More
