Dan and Niello aren’t aggressive or proactive in care
maintenance. The do only what’s necessary and sometime not even that if they find it covered under warranty. The response is the same - “ just keep a

A year ago they thought my coolant was leaking , gave me a estimate- then said it may be under warranty and they didn’t feel it needed to be addressed because another tech said he didn’t see a leak. When I brought it back when my coolant light came on, I was told they couldn’t tell if it was leaking cuz they never cleaned off the sediment around the tubing last visit . Answer- “ just keep an eye on it”.

The dealer pricing is a bit steep in some cases, but i would still bring my car to Niello, primarily because of the predictability and no nonsense of service. As a client, my only contact is the service rep, and in this case it is Omead; he unquestionably handles the issues at hand in an outmost professional manner.
