I hope my luck is the same with this one. the people I delt with, Oren & Shahera where great, they where very accommodating. There was no pressure at all reguarding the sale. They answered every question I had,and with no pushy sales pitches to drive you up a wall. Oren showed me all of the new colors I have to choose from so I could make my new choice. He even helped me set up & operate all the new devices (clock, Radio & blue tooth for my phone, he was great. This was one of the best experiences I have had when buying a new car. More

I recently decided to trade my 2006 Odyssey in and visited their new car sales area. In the past, while in the service area, I heard a customer mention Josh Tornabeni's name and their good experience so I asked for Josh. I have a brother and brother-in-law who are both car salesman but neither deal in Honda but I trust them implicitly and that is how I felt after working with Josh. I have never been so impressed with a new car salesman in my life. The whole process started 6 weeks ago and never once was Josh too pushy. He told me it wasn't his style to bug a customer and he lived by that standard. If there was a decision to be made it would be on my time, not his. I received 2 follow up phone calls which to me was just right. I did end up purchasing a new CRV and felt Josh's knowledge and professionalism throughout was perfect. Needless to say I had a great experience with Josh plus Oren (Sales Manager) and Harvey (Leasing Manager) and would recommend them strongly. More

The day after Thanksgiving, I went into Honda of Joliet to browse small SUVs; I knew I was in the market for a new one soon, but I was definitely not The day after Thanksgiving, I went into Honda of Joliet to browse small SUVs; I knew I was in the market for a new one soon, but I was definitely not ready to buy one that day. Upon entering the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Josh Tornabeni. I shared my interest in the CR-V and he proceeded to tell me about the vehicle and take me for a test drive. Knowing that I was not interested in making any movement to purchasing a vehicle that day, he gladly discussed the vehicle but did not pressure me into purchasing one. Happy with his informative, no-pressure demeanor, I went back specifically to Josh a couple of days ago to make my CR-V purchase and I had a great experience! Buying my vehicle was a simple and seamless experience. Josh quickly located the vehicle I wanted, gave me a very fair price on my trade-in, and even worked with the financing department to allow me to finance through Honda instead of a credit union. There were no tricks or gimmicks and I feel that I was treated with the utmost respect. Josh even gave me a tour of the service department so that when I come in for service, I will know where to go and how my vehicle will be serviced. Josh definitely went above and beyond to make my vehicle purchase a great one; he even took time out of his busy New Year's Eve sales day to drive to Schaumburg to pick up my CR-V! Overall, I was extremely satisfied and happy with my purchasing experience. If you are looking to buy a new car, I would definitely recommend Josh and Honda of Joliet! More

I never expected to purchase a car the day that I went to Honda of Joliet, but the price was right and Kurt Holzinger was very helpful and explained the features of the car in detail. I have purchased cars before and have always dreaded the experience. I have felt pressured by sales staff, but this was not the case at Joliet. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or preowned Honda. ( I should also say that Mr. Ferguson, the Manager ,even waited on me when staff was busy!) More
