There was no high pressure at all so i felt at ease when purchasing. It was probably the smoothest transaction I've had when it comes to cars. I was pre approved so the process was fairly quick. I have only 2 complaints which were out of Mr. Ferguson's hands. One, it took an hour and a half after i was ready to purchase before the finance girl was able to see me. Once I was in front her she was a pleasure and the paperwork was nice and quick. I was pre approved already so that part was a breeze. The other complaint is that i was told that the car would be detailed inside and out and it was not done well at all. Overall i had a good experience and would recommend going to this dealership. Make sure to ask for Oren Ferguson, he is a great honest guy. Thanks! More

Purchase of Honda Accord I had been looking for a car since January. I went to the dealership and met Oren Ferguson. I told him that I just wanted to drive the car that day. If I liked it I wanted to know the total price out the door. He did not keep me waiting I drove the car and he called me on my cell within 15 minutes.I felt he was kind, courteous and helpful with all my questions. I was impressed that I did not have to spend a couple of hours of my time for something that should be and was straight forward. I have a Limousine company and have to purchase cars every year and was pleased at the ease of the process. I told Oren I would come back and purchase the car in a few days and I did. Oren took time to listen to my needs and made recommendations based on what was best for me and my family, and I never felt I was being upsold. Casey did an outstanding job finalizing the necessary paperwork to finalize the deal. I especially appreciated the "straight shooter" approach to the transaction. Oren is fabulous and goes above and beyond I bought a new car from Oren 5 years ago and he was so friendly, helpful and honest that he was the 1st person we came to when looking for a used car I bought a new car from Oren 5 years ago and he was so friendly, helpful and honest that he was the 1st person we came to when looking for a used car for my son. I spoke to Oren on the phone and told him what we were looking for (used car for my son). Not only did he stay on top of the search, but he checked in with me every day (sometimes several times a day) to keep me informed of the situation. He offered to come in on his day off to check the vehicles and make sure they would be a good car for my son. He presented all car options to my son (leasing, buying new or used) and did not push him in either direction. He left the decision up to my son and made sure he was comfortable with the car he chose and the payments he'd be making. I have never received such exceptional service from a salesman in all my life. Oren went above and beyond to find the right car for us. He is truly a dedicated, honest and professional salesman. Oren will always be my first point of contact when looking for a car. More
