Amazing, down to earth, knowledgeable I walked into the dealership thinking I would have to haggle with the price and be annoyed by someone pretending to care about what was best for me an I walked into the dealership thinking I would have to haggle with the price and be annoyed by someone pretending to care about what was best for me and my husband. Instead... I was in shock! I was definatly blessed on Saturday because Oren came up to us me and my husband and right away I felt like We knew him forever! Oren knew all the ins and outs of the car we tested him out with many questions he answeared them all and even explained things in detail! when it came to negotiating the price we settled on a price and he even explained where he got that price from! he took so much time with us we truly appreciated him. This dealership went above and beyond when I went to the finance dept. I left feeling I still had questions. I did not tell Oren until Monday when he called to check on us. Can you believe he called and Told me to text him no matter what if o had questions? I ended up having questions on the financing and he had me come down right away and had talked to the finance guy about my questions he fought for us every step of the way! Truly an angel in disguise please see him if you need a new car you will feel the magic we felt with him you will not be disappointed! Thank you again Oren! More

Looking out for my best interest I needed a good commuter car that wouldn't break the bank, and I saw a used Honda Civic on the Honda of Joliet website that seemed to fit the bill. I I needed a good commuter car that wouldn't break the bank, and I saw a used Honda Civic on the Honda of Joliet website that seemed to fit the bill. I was introduced to Oren, who was friendly and professional, and from there it seemed like I found my new car. However, when it came back that the used Civic had needed some major repairs, Oren new that I needed something that could withstand the long commute I make each day. Instead of pushing that car on me and saying it would work out, he kept my best interest at heart and said it wasn't a good option. Without being pushy, he asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I saw a much newer Honda Civic which I thought was out of my price range, but working with the financing team was easy, and now I drive a Honda certified pre-owned Civic worry free. Oren is the type of salesman you want to work with because he is genuine and cares about his clients. I would recommend him every single time. More

After running out of time the first time I went to the dealership to obtain financing options (it was late - banks were c Oren was absolutely amazing. After running out of time the first time I went to the dealership to obtain financing options (it was late - banks were closing), Oren went above and beyond to make sure I could get my car on my second visit. It's a 2-hour public transit hike between Joliet and Chicago, and not having a car complicated matters because I needed a check from my credit union if I wanted to drive home that day. Oren volunteered to take me to my credit union and, overall, was extremely patient and personable despite the whole process taking hours to complete, which wasn't the dealership's fault. When I finally hopped into my car, he still insisted he show me how to use certain features he knew I was unfamiliar with even though I'm sure I had already took up much more of his time than the average customer. Oren's like a human galaxy - he's got the kind of professionalism that contains billions of stars. Side note: Tim Kjeldsen, a member of the dealership's Parts Dept, is also frikin' amazing. During a test drive, he showed me how to use certain features like the side view camera, gave me rides to and from the dealership from home, and made sure I was well taken care of. Extra side note: I'm getting into rockhounding as a hobby and noticed two bracelets Oren was wearing that he said were handmade with kyanite by his wife. I hope his wife plans on selling on Etsy or something! More
