We have purchased 2 cars and leased 3 over that time through Oren. Oren has, on each occasion addressed our needs and has accommodated us to make things always work out on our schedule. He is not a pushy salesman but is willing to make things work based on your own specific situation. I would highly recommend this dealership strictly based on how accommodating Oren has been. Oren has introduced us to some other employees at the dealership. All have been outstanding and overly accommodating. Traditionally, car buying/leasing can be a painful experience. It all worked out and all the approvals came in quickly. Oren is a good mix of personal and professional. We came to Joliet Honda because they had the best inventory of all the Honda dealers in all Chicagoland. I would make one suggestion and that is to be sure the customer adjusts all the mirrors for safe travel in traffic and knows how to use the headlight choices before taking off from the dealership. Our salesperson, Oren, was fantastic to work with and made us feel right at home from the moment we got there. We did not have time to commit to a purchase the first day we visited so we let Oren know this and he was patient to wait for us to come back in a few days. When we did come back it was a breeze. The process was extremely flexible and we didn't feel a ton of pressure to make any kind of decisions. We love our new 2015 Honda Civic (Dyno Blue).
