Best Dealership in 42 Years of Buying Cars Holly was exceptional in the customer service she provided to my wife and myself. I wanted my wife to drive anything she wanted to ensure she got wha Holly was exceptional in the customer service she provided to my wife and myself. I wanted my wife to drive anything she wanted to ensure she got what she wanted. This caused Holly to go back numerous times to get the keys of various vehicles we wanted to test drive. Once we decided on the 2019 Pacifica Touring Plus, we were off on a test drive. Holly answered any and all questions about the vehicle and all the different features of the car. I even drove it to my house to make sure it would fit in the garage. Holly was the absolute best! It only gets better! I asked not to haggle on the price of the vehicle, one shot on price. She asked Mr. Ray Horne (GM) to talk with me about the price. His initial offer was very fare but I was wanting one with a trailer hitch. He checked his inventory and found one at their stock lot, Holly was off to bring us another car. We loved the new car and worked a price that was good for us and the dealership. Ray was the kind of GM I was looking for: customer focused and willing to make a deal, best experience ever working the price of a new vehicle! It gets better, we over to finance and meet Orestes Greig. I was already 800 PM and I bet Orestes he could not get us out in 30 minutes. He took the bet and had us out in 40 minutes, best experience I have had with numerous car finance folks. Bottom Line: They will have my business and my families for the long haul. BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH DEALERSHIPS OVER 42 YEAR OF BUYING CARS!!!!! More
