When I went to pick up my truck I told Devin McMahon I want to order that Toyota tonneau cover for my new TRd sport he said no problem I will call you on Monday well Monday came and no call after about a week I called him he said he had ordered it waited two more weeks never heard from Him I again called him said it was ordered still in the system. I asked him if he could even get the cover he said yes but I have to order it in parts cuz cover is not available to public. After about 5 weeks I said this is ridiculous I called the parts dept. guess what he never ordered it I texted him and asked why he strung me along his response was the parts manager told him it wasn't available I said then why did you tell me you ordered it and let me hang for 6 weeks knowing full well you never ordered it. I was so upset I called sales manager he was another joke told me that was unacceptable someone is gonna be held accountable guess what never heard from him again The parts manager called and said you can't get the cover after the fact as they are not available but he would take care of me on a good aftermarket for my aggravation. The original cover Iwas quoted at 850 installed. He gave me a price of 850+120 to install. I said to him that's no deal he said he saved me tax. BIG DEAL IHAD THE SAME COVER INSTALLED AT REDMANS TRAILER FOR 789.00 + tax. Do not trust this salesman or this dealership they are all bull********. NEVER AGAIN HARTFORD TOYOTA

"Buying my 2017 4Runner TRD PRO"
Upon deciding to purchase a TRD Pro 4Runner, I made an internet inquiry at Hartford Toyota and within minutes received a response from Tina. This was back in August of 2016. Then I made a visit to the dealership and was assigned a salesman and proceeded to place an order for the 4Runner. By that time, Toyota was not accepting any new orders for the 2016 model, so I placed a deposit on a 2017, with an expectation to receive the vehicle in November 2016. The General Manager, Jim, then told me it would probably be more like the end of December or early January. Much to all our surprise, the 4Runner was delivered on March 1st. , I knew that the dealership was as disappointed as I was about the timeliness of the delivery. The Sales Manager, Rich, was contacting Toyota regularly to gather as much information as he could. Corporate Toyota seems to be very tight lipped. Once the acknowledgement was received from Toyota, everything else went like clockwork. I considered rating the dealership as "Good", but I really believe that they too were at the mercy of Corporate Toyota in their wait, and demonstrated empathy throughout the process. Everyone there was helpful, courteous and respectful. The dealership helped me out in the end by installing some options on the vehicle which definitely help soften the blow of the wait to get my hands on my TRD, which by the way, was worth the wait!! After all was said and done, and like a good novel, the person that originally contacted me after my inquiry (Tina) contacted me again to make sure all went well and that I was happy.
