He is informative, so as to let us make our own decision without pressuring into anything. He also will show empathy towards the customer and will work to actually get the customer a great deal. This is second vehicle purchased directly from us and several from others we've referred from both Nissan and Volvo so we have done homework and checked other dealerships for comparable service.
