I have been receiving emails from Orlando at Ed Martin for several weeks as I've been researching for a new vehicle. After submitting two additional inquiries I received an email from him asking for a res for several weeks as I've been researching for a new vehicle. After submitting two additional inquiries I received an email from him asking for a response to his emails or wanted to have me removed from their automated email system. So, I responded and asked what they could do on a 2017 Elantra, gave him the info about what was left on my car, etc. This morning I received an email from him, which started like this: "You are a funny man! This car is online for the entire world to see and you want to know what we can do?" Seems like a pretty unprofessional and condescending thing to say to a potential customer. Needless to say, Orlando just lost any potential sales from me. I'd steer clear of Ed Martin. More
