They were helpful at every turn of the experience.... they both were right there helping My wife and I ought and explaining how all the buttons worked. I had a 2015 Sorrento that I had bought off Greg a little over 2 years ago, and that is the reason I came back to him in order to trade up to a newer model.... We stopped on a weekday, and Gregg was out on sick leave. Orlando met us on the parking lot and was more than helpful even when I mentioned that I was looking for Greg.
