I Purchased a 2022 Yukon XL Denali. Will Hill the sales person did a good job. The sales manager was an arrogant non-customer service individual. That is the nicest words for the guy. I Would not buy anoth person did a good job. The sales manager was an arrogant non-customer service individual. That is the nicest words for the guy. I Would not buy another vehicle at B&M. I Had negotiated the deal and arrived at the scheduled time at the dealership to sign papers. The vehicle was completely covered in dirt on the outside and no detailing was done on interior. Vehicle was disgusting. They offered to clean it for me like they were doing me a favor. I was at the dealership for almost 6 hours. I live in Baton Rouge, LA and had a 5 hour drive home which put me home at almost midnight. I Had to spend $600 to have someone to clean and detail the vehicle Again, 6 hour ordeal and very disappointed in the way I was spoken to and treated. I should have walked away from the deal but I keep my word and I had said I would purchase the vehicle. I am not sure how many repeat customers that you have if this is the way you sale vehicles.
