He was personable, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. He made the entire process feel effortless and, somehow, actually enjoyable. Nick never made me feel pressured or like I was just another sale. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure I understood everything, and was incredibly responsive throughout the process. I truly felt like he cared about making sure I had a great experience, not just about getting the deal done. I also want to recognize the rest of the team I interacted with.
