BEST customer service I have EVER received I just wanted to take the time to write this amazing review on these guys. I usually do not write reviews on people but the customer service here was I just wanted to take the time to write this amazing review on these guys. I usually do not write reviews on people but the customer service here was exceptional. This process of getting a car was such a roller coaster. I had about an hour conversation with Ricardo, sales consultant, and he worked with his manager Oscar to get me approved for a loan. At first I got denied but Oscar did not give up on me and advocated for me so that the bank would reconsider and approve the loan. Eventually the bank did and I want to thank these guys for doing such an amazing work. After going through all the paperwork and getting approved I had no way of getting to the dealership to get my car. The dealership arranged to pick me up from work 30 minutes away to finish up paperwork. My phone had died and I was worried about my work and family not being able to get in touch with me and Darly was kind enough to let me use his charger. Since I was out of work for too long these gentlemen had made sure I could get my car that day and drove me back to work. Later that night I had the car delivered personally by Oscar and Ricardo to my house which they did not have to do. Even with all the hardship through this process they made me feel comfortable and helped me get the car I wanted. I definitely recommend anyone that decides to buy a car to come to Honda Cars of Boston and come see these guys. It will definitely be worth it. More

SEE DARLY DORNEVAL! I went into the Honda Dealership to test drive a car without expecting to leave with a new one. I had a prior lease with Honda that I loved and wanted I went into the Honda Dealership to test drive a car without expecting to leave with a new one. I had a prior lease with Honda that I loved and wanted to eventually trade it in for a new one. After taking the HRV for a test drive with Darly, I was sold. The car was great, but the experience was far better. I never once felt forced into buying anything. He broke it down easily for me - I could be driving a better car for basically the same price. He even suggested an insurance provider when I made a comment about disliking Progressive. The insurance dealer ended up quoting me a policy that was less than what I was paying before for MUCH better coverage. All around, I got a brand new, MUCH better car and will ultimately be paying about the same I was paying before. Every single person at Honda was AWESOME - from Darly, to finance, to the manager hanging up pictures... everyone was friendly and Darly made the process super simple, he took care of everything, saved me some money and made me feel super special. So excited!!! More
