I am new to the Arlington area and had been to a couple of other places before settling with Koons Arlington. Oscar Canales does a great job in keeping up with what my car needs. Recently I stopped by without an appointment (do not recommend this) because I was going out of town the next week and needed to get a quick check-up. I found out that there were some major items that needed to be taken care of. The service crew did their job and I am so thankful. If I had started out on my trip without this visit, it could have been a disaster. Each time that I leave Koons, I can tell that improvements have been made with my car and that I can trust the work that has been done. Thank you Oscar! More
