I recently had the pleasure of working with Oscar Escobedo at Greenway KIA East's service department, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, Oscar was welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt valued as a customer. I currently have a broken leg, which makes getting around difficult, and he was invaluable in this regard. Oscar took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle and provided clear explanations of the necessary services. His extensive knowledge and professionalism were evident, and he made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I appreciated how transparent he was with the issue and timing; there were no surprises. The service itself was prompt, and I was impressed with the quality of work done on my vehicle. Oscar followed up with me after the service to ensure everything was to my satisfaction, which is a testament to his commitment to customer care. At the shop first day for hours and hours . Told to leave overnight they would call us . Next day both guys were off we finally came in at one to see what’s up . We were told metal in liquid , had to leave in two days for Rochester , guy told me the would just put the shavings and liquid back I. Then . Like I trusted him . They fixed the car eventually , it was worse than when we brought it in . Two years old 65,000 mi lost thousands and traded it in for 35,000 never a Kia again . More
