Overall experience was great! Only dilemma was that I didn’t have an appointment, and was there 3 hrs for 1 tire swap. The waiting time is insane! I made an appointment for Friday 6th at 10:20 am, when I got there one of the employees told me that the waiting time for the people with appointments I made an appointment for Friday 6th at 10:20 am, when I got there one of the employees told me that the waiting time for the people with appointments was 1 hr to 1:30 hr which sounds crazy, why even make an appointment if it's going to take that long!? She said that it was a 4 hr wait for those without appointment! Anyway, since I was already there and had nobody to pick me up I stayed in the lounge and waited for my car. It was a 5,000 miles maintenance (just tire rotation, no oil change) and it took them almost 2 hrs! They need to come up with a better scheduling process or at least let the customer now ahead of time how long it's going to take so we can make arrangements and not waste time sitting around. Other than the ridiculous waiting time, all employees were helpful. More

Oscar, Kayla, and Raymond all contributed to an excellent customer service experience. Oscar and Kayla made sure I understood the services needed and helped me make intelligent choices about scheduling them customer service experience. Took my 2020 Rav 4 in to get checked out after having trouble with it not starting. They told me it was busy and would take 2 hours, and it did. Found nothing wrong, said something must have been left on trouble with it not starting. They told me it was busy and would take 2 hours, and it did. Found nothing wrong, said something must have been left on to run the battery down. Thought everything shut off after so many minutes to prevent this from happening. Oh well, if it happens again, it will be going back. Oscar was very nice to work with. More
