I would recommend if appropriate staffing is in place. They were short staffed so the wait was longer and I was offered discount for wait. However, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because my tires w They were short staffed so the wait was longer and I was offered discount for wait. However, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because my tires were rotated the wrong way and my car was making a loud noise I turned car around and they determined the mistake made. All of my other experiences went well ! More

Poor experience What has happened to this dealership!!!! I just went because of a recall and had the most horrible experience. Had no idea of new ownership. Was just What has happened to this dealership!!!! I just went because of a recall and had the most horrible experience. Had no idea of new ownership. Was just told I had to purchase new tires on my new truck that does not even have 30,000 miles on it plus I have purchased an additional insurance on my tires that covers up to $5,000 expenses on it which your dealership refused to help me with it. I was refused help with my additional coverage that I had purchased for my rotation and balance. I purchased almost $8,000 on extra coverage and was refused service and was treated very unprofessional and wasted my time. What a shame what a waste!!!!! What an embarrassment to Toyota!! More
