Made my first car purchase so wonderful Oscar was so friendly kind and helpful and spent all the time that day to answer all the questions I had since I had never bought a car before and was Oscar was so friendly kind and helpful and spent all the time that day to answer all the questions I had since I had never bought a car before and was starting with no credit . He even found the time to help my sister as well . We had gone to one other place before going here and it was night and day. I've already started to refer friends looking for a car. Customer service was exceptional and they worked with me and made the whole experience pain free. I love my car and I'm so happy they helped me find it. Amazing experience all together ! Big Dealership...Big Customer Service Most of my buying experience was over text and email. When I got to the dealership, Oscar had everything ready for me so the sale went quick and the E Most of my buying experience was over text and email. When I got to the dealership, Oscar had everything ready for me so the sale went quick and the Escalade was just as I had requested. I am very picky, especially when making a purchase of this magnitude so thankfully although the dealership is large, they were also very concerned with my satisfaction. When I was done signing all the paperwork, Oscar continued to give great service by showing me all the unique features of my new vehicle. It was late at night yet Oscar didn't rush me at all, instead he answered every question. All in all, I had a great buying experience...the best car buying experience yet. More
