I am always impressed with the staff at Riata Ford. They are attentive to my needs, they answer all my questions and concerns, and I am always treated with respect. I hate my car. Did everything remote so I made a mistake and not paying attention to the fact that the car I was buying was an electric vehicle. I expressed my hate to Ford about the charging and how much it cost to charge. They gave us a home charger and aso I made a mistake and not paying attention to the fact that the car I was buying was an electric vehicle. I expressed my hate to Ford about the charging and how much it cost to charge. They gave us a home charger and adapter since I work at Tesla. The adapter does not work at my Tesla location so it doesn’t help me. And be at home charger takes 60 hours just to get a full charge which also does not help us. I tried to take the car back within seven days and they told me I was unable to do so because it is an electric vehicle. So I’m pretty much stuck with a vehicle that I hate and that I do not want and Riata Ford has not been as helpful as we would have hoped them to be about it. The staff is nice Marcus and Gary he tried to help us the best they could but me and my husband both felt very unheard by them and we feel trapped into this car that we truly despise More

Found a car online, I inquired about it and the next day they messaged me about the car. I spoke to Matt he sent me videos answered my questions and we moved forward with the transaction. When we got to pri they messaged me about the car. I spoke to Matt he sent me videos answered my questions and we moved forward with the transaction. When we got to pricing they offered me the car for way higher than I got quoted online but after talking for a bit they decided to honor the price! They gave me complimentary delivery and Matt went over all the features of the vehicle. Upon him leaving I noticed the vehicle was not detailed like they told me it would be. I messaged him upset because I received a dirty car and they were able to accommodate me to make things right! We did this transaction completely over the phone and through text so minus the few hiccups we had along the way it was a smooth transaction! i guess if you have a problem all you have to do is ask because they were more than willing to fix their wrongs! Would recommend them to my friends and family! More
