Nothing short of fantastic Oscar greeted us as soon as we arrived and I told him directly what I was looking for. When it came down to the final decision, he told me what I already knew and built up trust in his customer relations. Oscar then handed us off to finance. Now being that I have extremely poor credit, at 26 I still need my mother to act as a bank. The only thing I didn't like was between my mother and Michael. My mother had the funds to buy the car without financing. She wanted to see what interest rate she could get via the credit union. She was initially told 9% and Micheal told her he could lower it. He said he could get a 2.99% and at that time my mother was alright with the finance instead of paying cash. When the papers came back, the final interest rate came to 3.23%. not a big deal because after the third payment, she will pay it off. However it was still deceiving. He also talked her into not buying it full because it seemed he already did to much paperwork to get financial approval. Anyway, we went with it because it wasn't a huge deal, but a deal nonetheless. Oscar also got my 19 year old, first time car buyer and driver into a car as well. Fast, friendly, polite. Oscar gets a 10/10. Would recommend. He sold two cars in one day. He deserves a vacation now. More
