My sales guy this visit was amazing, thank you Oz for listening and helping me find my perfect car. The dealership didn't care, even when I called shortly after purchasing the vehicle. Basically was told its my problem now. Last time I went in I was harassed about adding thousands of dollars of addons and it led to me walking out in the middle of going through paper work becausde I specifically asked them not to do that. Went back because it was the only place that had the car I wanted in my price range. I was greeted by Oz who was amazing. He listened and apologized for my previous bad experience. I ended up purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately when I was almost out the door I was met by the manager who came to apologize for my previous visit but started to make every exscuse for his other employee from the previous visit, I truly wished he would have just left it at sorry.
